International Volunteer Program participants arrived safely back home

KAC is sending IVEPers to North America and Third World countries every year. IVEP is a international volunteer exchange program led by Mennonite Central Committee.

Jiwon Park and Jeahyun Nham, who each left to Canada and US in last August, finished the one year service and arrived safely in Korea in July 17th.

We give thanks to the Lord for blessing their safe arrival in health.

And three SALTers who volunteered to the Korean community, Havila, Keker, and Kou, terminated all their work and went back to their countries on Jul 20th. Any young a

dult to wiling to serve one year anywhere in the world could apply to MCC IVEP/YAMEN/SALT program.

For 2014-2015 IVEP program, Solger Kim and Kkotip Bae are planned to be commissioned each to Pennsylvania, US and Calgary, Canada. These two were working at the KAC office as interns, assisting the KAC work since last March. Please pray that they could interact with a lot of people abroad and develop as a healthy Christian during their one year starting from their arrival to their placement, August 17th.
