On 1 September, we welcomed Christ Rice of Duke University’s “Duke Center for Reconciliation”
The purpose of his visit was to explore the opportunity for a peace and reconciliation program next April.
In preparation of this program,Mr. Rice, came to speak to Korean churches and peace NGOs. The leaders of KOPI and NARPI were pleased to welcome Mr. Rice. They hope that they can partner with him and share knowledge about their own peace-making programs in Korea.
We also hope that Korean church leaders, including those from northeast Asia Anabaptist and Mennonite churches, can be involved in these programs in the future
